Refund policy
Sales Are Final
All sales made through SoftEdge are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases or change of mind, particularly for fabric that has been cut to order or digital products that have been delivered. Exceptions may apply for faulty or incorrectly supplied items, as outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only granted for items that meet the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and original packaging.
- All tags must be intact, and the item must be free from stains, odors, or damage.
- With proof of purchase
Refund requests for items displaying signs of incorrect fabric care, color fading, or other damage caused by improper use will not be honored.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact SoftEdge within 14 days from the day you receive your parcel, providing proof of purchase and details of the issue. If deemed faulty or incorrect, SoftEdge will either:
- Replace the item at no additional cost (subject to availability), or
- Issue a refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
Fabric Care
All products are accompanied by fabric care instructions, which must be followed precisely. Claims for damage caused by improper laundering or failure to adhere to care instructions will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
Return and Exchange Period
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the day you receive your parcel.
Change of Mind
SoftEdge does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage customers to carefully review all product details, including dimensions, images, and descriptions, before finalizing a purchase.
Conditions for Returns
Returns are only accepted for faulty or incorrectly supplied items. The following conditions apply:
- Items must be in their original condition and original packaging. unwashed, and with all tags intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, improper use, or damage will not be eligible for return.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval by SoftEdge.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide proof of purchase, along with details and photographs of the issue. Approved returns will be processed promptly, and customers will receive instructions on how to return the item. Refunds will be issued as store credits unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- SoftEdge will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
- For other approved returns, including exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
SoftEdge only accepts exchanges for size adjustments, subject to store availability. If the requested size is unavailable, customers will receive a refund as store credit. items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Exchange Period

Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact SoftEdge first before sending any items back.
- Provide proof of purchase and details of the size exchange request.
- Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will resend the requested item with a new shipping number and order number.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit refund will be issued.

Exchange Shipping Costs
- SoftEdge will cover shipping costs only for exchanges due to faulty or incorrect items.
- If a customer requests a size exchange, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
