Domestic Shipping
Orders within New Zealand are shipped via NZ Couriers. Estimated delivery times are:
- Auckland Metro: Up to 3 business days.
- Rest of New Zealand: Up to 5 business days.
- Rural Deliveries: May take longer, subject to courier service availability.
Domestic Shipping Costs
- Free shipping for orders over $99 NZD.
- For orders under $99 NZD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on location.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and subject to the courier company’s service schedule.
International Shipping
SoftEdge ships internationally to Australia using NZ Post service. Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia Metro: Delivery with 3-10 working days, subject to NZ Post service timeframes (as stated on the NZ Post website)
